The cottage listed apparently had maintenance issues so Kasia upgraded us to an alternate property in Sparta. It was the little elves wedding venue apartment above the garage. We negotiated a new price of 450 considering we had no other options. On Thursday at 10:00pm a group of hikers entered our dwelling using the key code provided by Kasia. Why would VRBO allow a shady individual to continue using a bait and switch tactic without repercussions!I’ll use alternate resources in the future!Allan Dorough

Great place to stay while visiting Sparta. I also got to say "hi" to my horse friend, Ed, when heading out each day.

Overall, everything was wonderful. Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. The first thing that caught our attention was the crystal-clean condition of the place— even the curtains smelled freshly washed. The area is very quiet and peaceful, which made it extremely comfortable. A special thank you for setting up Netflix on the account so we didn’t have to remember or enter our password. 100/10 experience. Negative: The only minor downside is the beds—they are a bit old and squeaky when you turn over. It might be worth reinforcing the frames.

Welcoming and perfect for our stay!

We visit there to see our granddaughter Positive: The location Negative: Wish it had a king bed. But this was our second time to stay there
